Chula Vista Golfer, the past few months have been a season of growth at the Chula Vista Golf Course!

From family brunches and spring celebrations to course improvements and exciting golf specials, the past few months have been packed with activity at Chula Vista Golf Course. We welcomed guests for our annual Easter and Mother’s Day Brunches, completed our spring aerification program, and proudly supported Folds of Honor during Memorial Day weekend.

In this seasonal recap, we’ll take a look back at some of our favorite moments from spring and give you a preview of what’s ahead this summer—including family events, seasonal promotions, and more ways to enjoy your time at CVGC.

Toy Box Brunch at the Chula Vista Golf Course

Adventure, imagination, and family fun are coming to Chula Vista Golf Course this summer! Join us for our Toy Box Brunch, a themed family event inspired by everyone’s favorite childhood toys.

Character Meet & Greets
Say hello to beloved toy-inspired characters and snap plenty of photos along the way.

Delicious Brunch Buffet
Enjoy a family-friendly buffet featuring breakfast favorites for guests of all ages.

Activities & Entertainment
From themed crafts to interactive fun, there will be plenty to keep little ones smiling throughout the event.

Exciting Things are Happening around the Course!

If you’ve played Chula Vista Golf Course recently, you’ve probably noticed that we’re constantly working to make your experience even better.

This spring, our maintenance team completed the annual aerification process to help keep our greens healthy, strong, and ready for great golf throughout the year. Thanks to their hard work, the greens have been recovering nicely and continue to improve each week.

But that’s just the beginning.

Behind the scenes, we’re continuing to invest in the future of the course through irrigation upgrades, turf improvements, and ongoing maintenance projects designed to keep Chula Vista Golf Course looking and playing its best.

We’re especially excited to share that within the next few weeks, work will begin on a new turf improvement project on Hole #4. Fresh new grass will be installed to enhance playing conditions and help create an even better experience for golfers in the months and years ahead.

These improvements are all part of our commitment to making Chula Vista Golf Course a place you’ll love coming back to. We can’t wait to share the progress with you and look forward to seeing you out on the course this summer!

Spring Events Recap

This spring was filled with great food, memorable moments, and plenty of reasons to gather with family and friends at Chula Vista Golf Course.

Easter Brunch
Our annual Easter Brunch once again brought families together for a morning of delicious food, festive activities, and special visits from the Easter Bunny. From Easter egg hunts to family photos and smiles all around, it was a wonderful way to celebrate the holiday with our community.

Mother’s Day Brunch
One of our most popular events of the year, Mother’s Day Brunch welcomed families from across San Diego to celebrate the incredible moms, grandmothers, and mother figures in their lives. Guests enjoyed a beautiful brunch buffet, complimentary mimosas, and plenty of photo opportunities, creating memories that will last long after the flowers have faded.

Paella Night
This spring also marked the return of Paella Night, an evening filled with delicious food, great company, and a vibrant atmosphere. Guests enjoyed authentic paella, refreshing drinks, and a unique dining experience overlooking the course. It was a fantastic night that brought our community together around great food and conversation.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us this season. Whether you attended one event or all three, we’re grateful to be part of your celebrations and look forward to creating even more memorable experiences throughout the summer and beyond.
