Paella Night — September 25

We’re excited to bring back one of Chula Vista Golf Course’s most anticipated dining events—Paella Night! Join us as we welcome the fall season with an evening inspired by the bold, vibrant flavors of Spain. Chef Javier Rubio will once again prepare his signature paella, filled with rich seasonings and traditional Spanish ingredients, for guests to enjoy in a festive and welcoming atmosphere.

Each guest will receive a welcome glass of sangria, and the evening will also feature live entertainment to complete the experience. Gather your friends and family, settle in for a delicious meal, and help us celebrate the return of this Chula Vista Golf Course favorite.
